Synopsis
The sexy, talented and polished Hayakawa Masayoshi once enjoyed tremendous popularity as a member of the red-hot rock band 'Under Cloud', sold millions of records at the pinnacle of his career and topped the rankings for the man that women most want to be hugged by. But ever since a spat with his bandmates caused the band to break up 13 years ago, he has slid into oblivion, forgotten by society. It is because his songs after the split became ego trips. REAL BARGAINS - AT ROADSIDE STALLS! Craftsmen, food hawkers, ticket touts, the variety of street merchants is endless. A maker of top-of-the-range ear-picks depends on ancient houses being demolished for his raw material. One intrepid reporter takes a hesitant bite of balut, duck embryo, a Philippine delicacy, and declares it Oishii!, while another needs no encouragement to dig into pajeon, Korean spring onion pancake, which here goes by the name of chijimi. “Pajeon” is just visible on the menu. We go on to donkeyless donkey bread, puffed candy, and much, much more.

Synopsis
Through the introduction of his friend Danma Ryuji, Onizuka Eikichi, the former legendary bike gang member, visits Meishu Academy to tend to the trees in the garden as a part-time gardener. Learning that Yoshikawa Noboru, a student in teacher Fuyutsuki Azusa’s class is being bullied by Uehara Kyoko and other classmates, Onizuka befriends and saves Yoshikawa. Seeing Onizuka’s unprecedented but visceral, powerful response to problem solving, the school’s president and principal, Sakurai Yoshiko, overrides resistance from her vice principal Uchiyamada Hiroshi and makes Onizuka a teacher. Onizuka goes on to tackle many issues as the teacher in charge of the most problematic class, Class 2-4.

Plot/Synopsis :
The film revolves around Lantern Street in Hong Kong, where social worker Tung (crooner Eric Suen) has spent his life trying to help the homeless people who congregate there, supported by a friendly priest (veteran star Yuen Wah, whose career has enjoyed somewhat of a resurgence since his popular role in Stephen Chow’s “Kung Fu Hustle”) who had rescued him from the gutter as a child. As things are looking particularly hopeless, he hits on a new way to try and push them to better things, namely putting together a football team with the aim of competing in the upcoming Homeless World Cup. Of course, this isn’t easy, mainly since none them can actually play and have various problems of their own, though by pooling their efforts and supporting each other, it slowly starts to look like their dream may come true.

Synopsis
