Synopsis/Plot:

Two of the three prosecution witnesses in the police's witness protection program were shot by snipers during the court proceedings. Stone (Michael Wong), leader of the elite Special Duty Unit(SDU), is called upon to capture the expert marksman. But the battle turns personal for Stone when all evidence points to his best friend as the killer.
