- I can't see the subtitles/why is there no extra subtitle file?
+ The subs are embedded in the mkv-container. If you can't see them this picture may help you. Or try another player.
- I can't open the video/the screen is black/the audio is asynchronous/the video is lagging sometimes:
+ Try another player (MPC Homecinema, PotPlayer > KMP > VLC >>> WMP) / install ffdshow tryouts / buy a newer computer. Also make sure your player and codecs are up to date. Especially ffdshow tryouts and Haali Media Splitter!
- My download won't start??????
