Plot & Review
The movie starts with the flashback of an incident which took place 70 years ago, in Dorothy bungalow, where Madam Dorothy kills her cheating husband, his mistress and the driver who discover this truth.
The story shifts to the present day, where Thomas Kutty (Ashokan) buys the Dorothy bungalow in Ooty with the cash which he received in 2 Harihar Nagar, with the intent of converting it into a Tourist resort.
The property is believed to be haunted by the ghosts of the mistress, who was killed 70 years before. All the people who buys the bungalow, after a few days due to these “ghost problem”, sell it back to Dorothy Madam who buys it back in only half the money the customer gave her.
Thomas Kutty belives that there is no ghost in there and it is all a trick play by the Dorothy Madam & her people. To prove this, he invites his friends Appukuttan, Mahadevan and Govindan Kutty to stay with him for a week in the bungalow. He also tells them that he had stayed there many days before he brought the bangalow, all alone.
Many strange things started happening during their stay in there. One day they met a stranger, who was known as Father Dominic by the locals, who tells them that they are in great danger. They dont care of the words but horrible things happended to them make them feel that there is ghost in the house.
Then Thomas kutty reveals the secret that he had lied to the friends that he stayed alone before days he brought the bungalow. Everyone starts fearing as their wives are also there in home.
They asked Father Dominic for help., who perform exorcism to fight with the ghost. But it gives way for a tragic death and the most unexpected climax.
A movie full of fun, comedy and horror, it’s a good family entertainer.
This movie become a huge best box office success in Kerala in 2010.
