Plot:
Sexy starlet Shu Qi practices espionage in My Loving Trouble 777, a high-tech action comedy with just a touch for romance. Dopey commercial director Jim Si-Bon (Patrick Tam of Beast Cops) may have a name that sounds like international superspy James Bond, but he's as far from that as you could possibly imagine. The non-suave fellow spies the gorgeous Julia (Shu Qi) while shooting his latest commercial, and falls for her right away. Bon attempts to woo her, but what he doesn't know is that Julia is a top spy for a criminal organization specializing in high-tech theft. She wants out of the life, however, which proves more difficult than she imagines when she's saddled with a new assignment AND a wacky new partner (gorgeous Taiwanese model Tien Sien). Having Bon on her tail just adds to the potential problems! Writer-director James Yuen delivers action and comedy, but it's the delightful comic performances from Patrick Tam and Shu Qi that make My Loving Trouble 777 an entertaining, crowd-pleasing hit!
