Plot Synopsis
An artist in Bangkok, Kaewta, is told that she is dying of a terminal illness. She decides to spend her final days in New York and to have experimental surgery there. Jeeradej is a Thai whose visa has expired being blackmailed by a local Chinese triad gang to deliver drugs. On the way into town she gets out of her taxi on the highway after a fight with her driver. She wanders around and is hit by Jeeradej's car while they are trying to get away from another gang trying to rip them off. She gets hit by his car and develops amnesia. He feels sorry for her and takes her in despite his gang's disapproval. She can't remember anything about her illness. She gets a job painting and they plan to go back to Thailand. Will the mob let them and will she remember why she came there in the first place?
