Synopsis:
Alfred Cheung's green horn cop is stationed to a backwaters coastal precinct on the outskirts of the city - which just happens to be haunted by a particularly spooky sea ghost. Soon after he is taken under the wing of veteran officer Wu Ma (who is wise in the ways of Taoist magic) after he becomes haunted by the ghost of a woman put to death by drowning for having an affair.
